Thank you for shopping with DWNTWN. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. Once an order is completed, it cannot be returned or refunded. We offer exchanges under specific conditions, and you will be responsible for shipping charges associated with exchanges.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange: Items are eligible for exchange if they are unused, in their original condition, and within 7 days of receipt.
Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at dwntwnn@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange, including any return and reshipping costs.
3. Final Sale Policy
Non-Returnable Items: Once an order is completed, it is considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for completed orders. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Exchange/replacement with the preferential size. Two-way courier charges (product pickup charges from your doorstep + replaced product delivery charges) will be applied during the exchange process.
4. Customization:
-> In case of any size issues in the custom t-shirts, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. However, if the product is faulty or damaged from our end then the customer can proceed with the return request.
-> The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.
-> The color of the custom t-shirt may slightly vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations after this period. Thank you for your understanding. After this 24-hour period, cancellations are not possible, and the order will be processed as usual. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By sharing us an email with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation. Remember the cancellation request must be raised from the ID used while ordering on our site. Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. When the shipment is delivered and if the customer receives a faulty product they contact us with their order I'd on dwntwnn@gmail.com
